Lallemand Animal Nutrition China hold its first antioxidant seminar in Beijing, which attracted more than 40 feed manufacturers, plant owners, technical managers or quality control managers from around Beijing. The seminar focused on heat stress in animal production, a costly issue in China, and on ways to enhance the quality of animal products through nutrition.
Yong Zhou, Chief Representative of Lallemand Beijing Office introduced the company, while Monika KORZEKWA, Product Manager of Antioxidants focused on antioxidants strategies during heat stress and the potential to enhance animal products quality (milk, meat, eggs) with selenium yeast ALKOSEL. Dr. Zhiming Xiao, a researcher from China National Feed Quality Control Center (Beijing) introduced the recent progress in selenium yeast’s analysis methods.
