Lallemand Sponsors Breakfast Symposium at Cornell Nutrition Conference

Approximately 300 people attended the Lallemand breakfast at the 2012 Cornell Nutrition Conference. Dr. Frederique Chaucheyras-Durand gave a presentation titled “How live yeast used as DFMs can improve feed efficiency in ruminants: the rumen microbiota as a crucial target.”

Other speakers at the conference included: Dale Bauman, PhD, Professor Emeritus from Cornell University; Garrett Oetzel, PhD, University of Wisconsin, School of Veterinary Medicine; Richard Grant, PhD, from the Miner Research Institute; Mike Van Amburgh, PhD, Cornell University.
