COVID-19: Supporting Our Industry During These Challenging Times – updated 25.3.20

At Lallemand, we are an integral part of the value chain in the Food & Beverage, Feed, Energy and Health industries. In that respect many of our products and services are essential and we bear a special responsibility, especially in a time of crisis like this.

To date Lallemand has not experienced any significant disruptions and are planning our production and supply chain activities to continue to operate normally. We continuously monitor the developments and make sure we comply with local and international recommendations and regulations regarding the coronavirus outbreak.

We have banned travel of our staff, promoted working from home and have implemented strict preventive actions over and above our standard cleanliness and hygiene procedures and protocols.

Teamwork and operations continuity

The health and safety of our employees, customers and their families remains our top priority during these challenging times and therefore to minimise the risk of spreading the virus we can no longer participate in any face-to-face meetings. However, we want to ensure that our communication and advice remains available during this time and we will be creating a number of phone and video conferences to stay in touch.

For some of our common services such as feed analysis, pre-cut grass testing, silage analysis etc. we can arrange for pre-paid postage kits to arrive at your location which can be returned via a mailbox to avoid unnecessary contact.
